Job Description / Responsibility

• Air Ticket booking and issue, using Amadeus, Abacus & Galileo GDS. Assist in Visas processing. Train new recruits on GDS systems ie Amadeus / Galileo / Abacus.
• Maintain client e-database. Take bookings vie emails and reply emails beside face to face ticketing and sales.
• Good English communication skills. Answer mobile calls from clients 24/7.
• Active high levels of customer services at all times. Anticipate guests� needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
• Develop new sales opportunities � Both corporate & retail. Go on Sales & Marketing Calls on a regular basis.
• Make arrangements of holiday packages & tour itineraries.
• Ensure all bookings & reservations are processed timely & accurately.
• Monitor bookings & sales throughout the working day till the traveling date of Clients.
• Maintain client e-database.
• Ensure that the office is well maintained at all times, filing & record keeping is up to date, travel brochures & promotional literature are displayed prominently.
• Competency to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, manage employees and be a good Team Player, set priorities and determine objectives and strategies to achieve them.
• Coordinate and work along with the Team in providing customer-oriented services to the customers to meet all their travel needs.
• Anticipate guests� needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
• Keep smiling all the day.

Minimum O Level / HSC qualified.

Experience Requirements

• At least 1 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• Must be trained in GDS Air Ticket Reservations/Issuance.
• Minimum 1 year directly in Airlines/GSA, Ticketing, Travel Agents, Tour Operators.
• Please do not apply if you do not meet the minimum experience requirements or are not trained in and proficient in one of the GDS Abacus/Galileo/Amadeus. Applicants who applied earlier are not required to apply again. Applicants must mention their expected salary.
