Job Description / Responsibility

• Set plan to meet the targets and influence sales team to achieve goals
• Building Relationship with Airlines.
• Communicate with Foreign Hotels.
• Follow-up VISA Processing & Air ticketing.
• Monitor Sales Team.
• Monitor Customer Services.
• Address customer satisfaction issues promptly
• Capable to handle full operation of the company
• Regular visit to clients and make offer of company products
• Identify key customers and maintaining a good, long term relationship with the parties.

Applicant must have minimum 4-6 years experience in a Tours & Service Company.
