Job Description / Responsibility
- Prepare and execute tour offer, plan and packages for local and international tour
- Making reservation and issuing Airline Tickets to the customers
- Keeping updated knowledge of Airline`s Promotional offers.
- Making online reservation of hotels and other tour packages.
- Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, maintain files and records
- Provide accurate counseling over the phone
- Have to knowledge about visa processing procedure
- Receive and reply emails, carry out marketing and promotions
- Manage existing & potential customers via personal sales Channel.

- HSC/ Bachelor/ Masters
- Should have the Diploma/ Certificate Course from the Parjotan Corporation of Bangladesh

Airline/GSA, Travel Agents/Tour Operators
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 20 to 35 year(s)
- Should have real work experience with Abacus, Amadeus & Galileo reservation system
- Should be focused, well-mannered and have a presentable personality.
- Should have clear knowledge on policies of different Airlines.
- Moderately sound in English writing & speaking
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power point)
