Job Description / Responsibility

• Travel agency work in retail travel outlets which promote and sell holidays and travel related product and tour packages;
• Liaising with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules;
• Dealing with customer enquiries and aiming to meet their expectations; overseeing the smooth, efficient running of the business.

Minimum Graduation in any discipline with proven track record;

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 year(s) in IATA approved travel agency
• Having practical experience in package tour operation, reservation & hotel booking in addition having GDS, Abacus & Galileo;
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal as well as the ability to communicate with various customers and establish strong working relationships
