- We need executives for its daily support and monitoring system.
- Details of job :
- Checking ASR, ACD
- Issue Trouble Ticket (TT)
- Solve TT
- Test calls and their quality
- Analyze CDR,
- Online support for overseas customer & supplier for overseas
- **The duty in NOC is shifting-basis

- At least 1 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
- We highly prefer experience in the IGWs of Bangladesh.
- Experience in ICX,IIG or in the similar fields will also have distinct preference.
- Sensible
- Good communication skill
- Able to work in team
