Female Job - Multinational Company - Assistant Manager - HR

Job Description / Responsibility
  • Develop and monitor HR annual operating plan for manpower, recruitment, training and employee engagement
  • End-to-End recruitment. Responsible for recruitment, consult with hiring managers on interviewing techniques, JD development, on boarding and new associate orientation programs.
  • Working closely with the Department Heads to execute their resourcing needs by planning and forecasting Resourcing needs throughout the year.
  • Assist/Advise managers regarding ER� matters (counseling, PIP + terminations) to ensure consistency in disciplinary actions.
  • Propose, implement and communicate policy and procedure changes/improvements to instill HR best practices.
  • Plan and develop initiatives for performance management, objective setting, and Training Needs Assessment (TNA).
  • Work in partnership with the Department Heads and Managers to design and organize training sessions on different functional and technical skills through renowned Trainers from home and abroad.
  • Payroll, group insurance & Provident fund, Compensation and Rewards management, Expatriate management
  • Prepare and present monthly Management Report on overall HR operations to EC (Executive Committee) Meeting.

Educational Requirements
    MBA in Human Resources Management from any top ranked public & private university
Experience Requirements
  • 6 to 7 year(s)

    General HR, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, HRIS/HR Database Management, Organization Development/Process Improvement, Performance & Career Management, Training & Development, Recruitment & Selection, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct

    Multinational Companies, Overseas Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
